This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines Fiducia Labs Private Limited’s (“Saral”, “we” or “us”) practice in relation to the storage, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you have chosen to share with us when you access our website http://mysaralapp.com and mobile application “Saral” (collectively, the “Platform"), or personal data that we may have access to in relation to your use of the Services.

At Saral, we are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. Please read the following terms of the Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, we collect about you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

THE DATA SARAL COLLECTS ABOUT USER

Personal information means information related to an individual, and from which any specific person can be identified. However if the identity has been removed (anonymous data), then the data cease to become personal data. Saral may collect, store, use and transfer different kinds of personal data about the user to provide user, collection of services. Personal data may include but are not limited to:

data pertaining to users identity and profile-related data, such as users first and last name, username or similar identifiers, gender, title, passwords, purchases or orders, feedback, survey responses, etc.;

Saral uses different methods to collect and process data about user.

Information user give us – This is the information (including identity, contact, and marketing and communications data) you consent to giving us about user when you create a Profile or by corresponding with us (for example, by email or chat). It includes information users provide when user register to use the Services, use an in-Platform feature, or share data through the Services, through other activities commonly carried out in connection with the Services, and when users report a problem with the Platform and our Services. If user contact us, we will keep a record of the information shared during the correspondence.
Information that user authorise a use of the Services to share with us – We may collect data and information about user that user authorise a merchant or supplier of goods or services users have sought or purchased, or intend to seek or purchase, to share with us.
Information we collect about user and user’s device – Each time user visit our Platform or use one of our Services, we will automatically collect personal data including device and usage data. We collect this data using cookies and other similar technologies.

Through such communication user will receive information about the latest developments on the Services. Users may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, via the unsubscribe option we offer.

The Site, platform may include links to other websites. Such sites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once user leave our servers (users can tell where they are by checking the URL in the location bar on browser), use of any information users provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site users are visiting. Saral takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data, and information, under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, 2011). These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. All information gathered on the Saral App is securely stored within the controlled database. Access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited.

Saral has given user (or where user have chosen) a password that enables user to access certain parts of the Services, users are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share the password with anyone. We will comply with the requirements under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder in the event of a data or security risk.

DATA RETENTION

Users are aware that personal data will continue to be stored and retained by us for a reasonable period after termination of account on the Platform.

BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

Users are aware that in the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another organisation, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user personal data might be among the assets transferred.

UPDATES/CHANGES

Saral may alter our privacy policy from time to time to incorporate necessary changes in platform, technology, applicable law or any other variant.
